Cars should be parked away from the building whilst the clean to that area is taking place. Once we have moved to another section of the building, they can be returned to their usual parking space.

Otherwise no, we are completely self contained and once our staff have advised you of their presence, they will be able to undertake their duties.

No, our system clears the gutters without the need for water and therefore does not create a mess on windows. 

We will clean up any debris that lands on the floor.

After cleaning hundreds of buildings, we have found that the most common issue is perished seals. Silt sitting in the gutter often acts as a ‘glue’ and once the silt and debris is removed it will no longer stop the joint from leaking. 

It is quite normal for seals to contract and expand when they are exposed to a gutter clean but a perished seal will not return to normal due to wear and tear and you will notice a leak.

Over time, plastic becomes brittle and sometimes gutter clips will easily break.  Again, this is a wear and tear problem and repairs may be necessary.

Your quote is for gutter cleaning only.  Sometimes it is possible to carry out some running repairs whilst on site and we will be happy to provide a quote for these on the day where possible.

As part of our service, we will remove leaves and debris from the top of the drain cover.  Any debris located below the cover will not be accessible.
